Stone's Throw Press is a registered Independent Publishing House and Miniature Printing Press.

We are an artist collective representing a variety of authors, illustrators, crafters, and worldbuilders dedicated to preserving and telling legends old and new from across cultures.

We are currently accepting manuscripts which follow the following aesthetic markers, of various genres:

• “Newly Discovered Antique Fairytales”
• (Original) Folklore, Legend, Mythology, Oral Tradition
• The cover art will be analogue mixed media, so the contents should reflect that timeless appeal
• Culturally diverse, BIPOC, and/or Minority in Western Media

The following is not being accepted at this time:

• Childrens' Books
  (Stone's Throw Press does not have an Early Development Education specialist on staff, and will not market anything specifically as “Child Friendly”.)
  
• Trauma for Shock Value
  (We at Stone's Throw do not use traumatic experiences shallowly for shock value, but rather focus on reflection, digestion, and healing. Leading our readers into and out of discomfort is critical.)
